Located in St. Louis, MO, Metal Recovery Systems is a state-of-the-art granulating facility for non-ferrous metals, operating since 1989, with what is believed to be the highest capacity processing line in North America. The primary feedstock for this facility includes aluminum/copper radiators, insulated copper and aluminum wire, ACSR and thermal break extrusion scrap. While these materials make up the bulk of our business, any ferrous or non-ferrous scrap requiring sizing and/or separation may be suited to our process.

The finished products offered by Metal Recovery Systems include copper flake, aluminum flake, all grades of copper wire chops, EC chops, and 6063 thermal extrusion chops. Packaging options include Gaylord boxes, bulk bags of various sizes, customer supplied totes, and loose loading in trailers or containers. Metal Recovery Systems can also provide many of these products in the form of pucks and can custom blend to the customer’s requirements.
